Cones: Captain Boomerang

There is a newer version where his belt is black and he has a band around his body with boomerangs. But I liked this version better. I tried to draw his hamster cheeks, but I guess I failed. I also tried to give him sideburns, but I failed again. But I didn't fail with his hat, I even stitched it, and I hate sewing.
